The Criminal Admin: Killing of Freedoms
"If the freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter." — George Washington. The treasonous ghouls want to slaughter the First. We'd be next.
‘You Killed My Dad, Don't Kill My Mom Too.’
Without journalists and freedom of speech, the world would never have heard those painful words, nor would it have learned about the gruesome murder of the 12-year-old girl who uttered them, Aleksandra Zec, and her parents. They were killed at a dumpsite on the cold night of December 7, 1991, as rain and snow fell in Zagreb, Croatia, one of the lands in the Balkans. Forbid the freedom of speech and you have nothing, dumb and silent sheep, unaware of the truth.
I started this essay with one of the numerous tragedies from the Balkans because even the U.S. Coast Guard uses 'Balkanization' as a term for America’s future. In their pamphlet, 'Balkanized America' is described as a world pulling apart in many ways. Given the ongoing invasion of America by millions of people no one has vetted, perhaps The Balkanization Metaphor in the Analysis of U.S. Immigration by Mark Ellis and Richard Wright, from the now ancient 1998, is a better source for reflection.
“Recent social commentary and social science research invokes the term "balkanization" to describe geographical trends in contemporary U.S. society. For example, William Frey describes "demographic balkanization" as a "spatial segmentation of population by race-ethnicity, class, and age across broad regions, states, and metropolitan areas... driven by both immigration and long distance internal migration patterns" (1996:760). We take issue with the use of the balkanization metaphor for two reasons. First, we cite alternative evidence against the proposition of immigration-driven ethnic fragmentation in the U.S.
The bulk of our argument, however, attends to the expression itself. Given that the term balkanization is associated with ethnic territorial conflict, we assert that the balkanization metaphor carries with it an implicit and deeply negative commentary on current immigration to the U.S.”
Ellis and Wright disliked the term balkanization because, in their view the deployment of the term balkanization “sounds a false alarm that warns of a Yugoslavian fate for the U.S. produced by an immigrant-induced break-up of a unified nation with a common culture.”
That was then. Today, I wonder—what will millions of invaders do, or rather, what will their deployment be, once the Biden-Harris administration, or any other, stops providing them with free housing, free phones, free transportation, and free money? It’s anyone’s guess. What the current regime plans for them [us] is not to be known; we’re not to be aware of any reality but the regime’s own. After all, do we know who decided, based on what law, what Congress session, or what urgent need to replenish our meager 337 million people?
It’s a rhetorical question; the Cabal does their deeds behind closed doors.
What if Hurricane Helena Struck, but No One Reported It?"
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, one of the many DIE woke hires whose only qualification seems to be that he's a young gay man, ordered private drone pilots to keep their aircraft away from the rescue zone." A result?
A pilot flying Helene rescue missions in NC was threatened with arrest! The America I knew was a place that mobilized all forces when disaster struck—no ridiculous policies, no idiocy, just swift, efficient action by all the forces—and America has many—working in unison to help the victims. Not anymore.
Fire official threatened to arrest a pilot who was saving people? Who’s responsible for deaths of Helene survivors who could have been saved?
Stories like that are numerous.
”A veteran and volunteer pilot tells Blaze Media National Correspondent Julio Rosas that there has been a total lack of response from the federal government in western North Carolina in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene: "There is a complete and utter lack of federal response. I've seen no one from the federal government to help out at all. Nobody."
Someone wrote, 'It just gets more absurd by the minute. We have a despicable, incompetent government,' but I disagree. This government is highly competent at executing the task of destroying the United States of America as we know it. The only thing standing between total Sovietization of America and what’s left of it’s ideals is the First Amendment.
The Last Man Standing
The people are enraged and are expressing their rage in numerous ways. I wrote that book, As America Crumbles... A Grim Chronicle Exploring the Evil Source of America’s Catastrophic Decline, myself enraged over the grotesque theft the structures of power have engaged in for over a century. And what was the result of my exercise of free expression? Amazon forbade advertising the book because, I kid you not, it 'includes content that revolves around highly debated social topics.'
I was granted political asylum in the United States of America because of my writing about highly debated social topics in my native land. They persecuted me and tried to kill me, but I was still able to publish. If someone had told me that would happen in the U.S.—that my, or anyone else’s, book, cartoon, article, movie, you name it—would be banned, shunned, or suppressed, I’d have laughed at them.
And yet, they want to silence us completely. If they succeed, something like this would never be seen:
Even more so, without truth the people would not be able to comment on bragging by Samantha Power. She’s a bonne bouche of the Biden criminal regime. A look back at the “wise Biden” era, The New York Times tweet:
She was a good choice, Glenn Greenwald wrote, “in the sense that as the head of USAID, an agency ostensibly devoted to assisting other countries, Samantha Power can work to repair the damage to all the countries she helped destroy the last time she was in government with her unhinged militarism.”
She evolved since and is now helping Ukraine with “keeping the lights and heat.”
The people’s reactions were ruthless:
Scott Ritter: “Keep posting stupidity like this. While your Ukrainian sponsors may like it, your average American understands the betrayal it represents to our nation, especially those Americans who are in need. The Biden/Harris/Power priorities are on display for all to see.”
Aesthetica: “How about you focus on helping Americans keep the lights and heat on?”
Dana: “President Trump and Elon Musk, when you start cleaning out that rats nest of useless people in the the AMERICAN GOVERNMENT, please start here.”
StormyT: “You evil witch.”
None of these reactions would have seen the light of day had Elon Musk not bought Twitter. The Twitter Files Archives record the atrocious governmental suppression of free speech, in clear violation of the First Amendment's spirit and intention. Yet, they keep goosestepping toward tyranny nonetheless.
Remember how the old Twitter suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story and how the New York Post was banned, forbidden to tell the truth that could have easily swayed the election? For now, the new Twitter lets them share their thoughts. This is what the Cabal in power wants to ban: truth, opinion, disagreement, dissent. In their world we’d never be able to ponder any of this.
Truth Dies in Darkness
This subheading is obviously a play on The Washington Post's quite comical motto, 'Democracy Dies in Darkness.' Julian Assange once said—and never wavered from it—'The truth is the beginning of everything.’ While I am quoting, allow me to also paraphrase The Rio Negro Manifesto and say, 'Truth in its original state must be exalted as the hygiene of perception and as mental oxygen; an integral naturalism, the driver of our capability to feel, think, and act.'
What the cabal in power wants is to muzzle us all, to take the oxygen of truth from us, and ultimately, to eliminate any and all danger posed by such a deplorable bunch of people who want to breathe free.
"The 1st Amendment Stands as a Major Roadblock for Us Right Now"
Just recently, John Kerry spoke against freedom of speech. The Cabal unleashed familiar faces, oblivious to the disgust people feel for the pontificating of the privileged class of haughty crooks, to make its point.
“Kerry and his comrades are nothing but pond scum. They want total control over everything and everyone. No freedom of speech, religion, legal gun ownership, morals, values or choice. Communists ideology is their goal and philosophy. If the two nitwits get into power, we are done.” (Al Meyer)
Such speaking out against the First Amendment with impunity, which is, of course, their right—just as it is my right to call them fucking treasonous criminals, traitorous wrongdoers deserving disdain and hatred, disloyal thieves deserving jail time or a firing squad, backstabbing quasi-lawmakers (lawbreakers) filled with hatred for America, the country that made them insanely wealthy and powerful, degenerate, perfidious violators of all American values, and betraying culprits of Sovietized wokery.
Just look at this parade of anti-American, anti-freedom sociopath ghouls:
Tim Walz spoke against freedom of speech.
Kamala Harris spoke against freedom of speech.
Ketanji Brown Jackson spoke against freedom of speech.
Hillary Clinton spoke against freedom of speech.
AOC is telling us “We're going to have to figure out how we reign in the media.”
“The First Amendment Is Out of Control”, wrote Pravda—sorry, I mean the Party’s propaganda outlet, The New York Times. WTF is this? Truly? Every damn 'Democrat' at the top of the power pyramid wants to dismantle what made America a great nation.
They have been conditioning us to accept not just an un-American, but rather an anti-American stance for a long time. To be 'kind' toward deranged men thinking they can be mothers, the very word 'mother' was replaced by the monstrosity of 'birthing persons.' This escalated, and these 'Democrats' have denigrated women through legal means. Riley Gaines, a leader defending women’s single-sex spaces, advocating for equality and fairness, and standing up for women’s safety, privacy, and equal opportunities, and a 12x All-American swimmer, tweeted:
“Every House democrat just voted to:
keep men in women's sports
put men in women's bathrooms & locker rooms
house men in women's dorms
control your speech & demand the language by which you call these men.
Every. Single. Democrat... even those with daughters of their own. Evil.”
After birthing persons nonsense, the War and Surveillance Industrial Complex had a new star player on the field: Stanford University. They launched their so-called Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative, a Goebbelsian propaganda which aimed to not only police our language but also educate us about the supposed impact of words deemed "racist, violent, and biased.” Words as offensive as "American" or terms as egregious as "walk in" were to be replaced by "U.S. citizen" and "drop in." Even that repulsive, grossly racist term—obligatory sensitivity alert here!—a word I have difficulties putting on my and your computer screens, given how much it repulses me, a word shamelessly spelled "grandfather," is to be replaced by a chaste "legacy status." (kill me if I get what they mean) That’s because that horrid word, "grandfather", "represents the suppression of black voters" as the Stanford lunatics taught us. Who the fuck those people think they are? Even Dr. Seuss is racists so let us take it out. And they did it. Brainwashing galore.
Luckily, Stanford’s grotesquely fascist way of milking the taxpayer so we would be taught by those 'better' than us how ‘bad’—deplorable in Newspeak by the evil teacher Hillary— we all are is now defunct. But the enemies of Wrong-think (freedom of expression) and proponents of Right-think—their own—Orwellian creators of Newspeak, a controlled language designed to limit a person's ability for critical thinking, marched on and came up with truly ridiculous concoctions such as misinformation, malinformation, and disinformation. Let us ponder their crusade against our freedoms:
Misinformation: A laughable label slapped on anything that diverges from the "official" narrative, as if humans have never disagreed or been wrong before. It’s essentially a fancy way to say, “Oops, you’re mistaken—but let’s make your thinking sound sinister and worthy of Gulag.”
Malinformation: A more absurd term, not even a word five minutes ago, implying that information can somehow be inherently “evil.” As if facts or opinions carry moral weight, rather than just being what they are—neutral pieces of data. But, in their world truth is truly a dangerous notion.
Disinformation: The pinnacle of absurdity, suggesting deliberate deception, while conveniently ignoring that this could just be a matter of perspective. One man's "disinformation" is another man's truth, especially when the goalposts for truth keep shifting.
Even if these concoctions were accurate, the First Amendment protects all speech, whether mistaken, offensive, controversial, insulting or outright false, because the government cannot and should not be the arbiter of truth in a free society. We can’t call for someone’s murder or libel them, that’s not protected, we all understand the difference.
Liar, Liar
Liars, hypocrites, and crooks are in charge. Hillary Clinton invented the so-called Steele Dossier, a totally bogus report, a poisoned acorn from which the nearly decade-long Russian hoax grew into full-scale madness, turning into tyranny. Also a libel they peddled. Libel is not protected speech, they are.
They still believe their lies—so do most of their voters. The damage that woman has done to this country and the world—the death, blood, and corruption—is off the scale. And yet, she goes on national TV and calls for the ending of the First Amendment.
Have we already forgotten how they muzzled us all? Don’t think for a second that the dirty piece of cloth they forced on the people was a random choice. The psyop masters, with 80,000 psychologists in the Department of Defense alone—masters of manipulation, brainwashing, and gaslighting—are all working in a confederacy of evil, following orders to bring slavery back.
That ugly symbol of slavery they used—the muzzle—are evil grotesque, completely useless, damaging masks plastered over everyone's face, denying us our humanity. I spent a lot of time gazing at that photo above, depicting the very worst in us, as I mulled over the pandemic 'response' and all the crimes I’m discussing in my book. Moreover, these monsters that 'loved' us so much to muzzle and corral us, to isolate us from each other and force our loved ones to die alone, also 'love' the Earth so much that now those ugly muzzles are uglifying the oceans, polluting them, and making our beaches monuments of an evil, ugly stupidity.
Those are the people telling us how our free speech is out of control? It’s America, motherfuckers, we can say what we want!
FEAR and LOATHING of Woke America
I wrote that essay, my love letter to fallen language, over a year ago, stating how “Newspeak is ravaging America, not merely disregarding reality, but reducing discourse to a pandemonium of self-loathing ideological blather devoid of meaning,”
“Woke ideologues place belongs in the dustbin of history, among the most despicable tyrants and commie-like tools who, in a confederacy of vile dunces, had their fifteen minutes of fame, and their time is up. They've butchered language, and, as hubristic as some little fascist bureaucrat would, and had in the past, tried to forbid us to use words like "mother." The nerve those idiots displayed is truly mind-boggling. They concocted moribund monstrosities like "Latinx" and "birthing people," even "womxn," all of them as stupid, vacuous, and meaningless as their moronic ideology.”
As I, an immigrant madly in love with vanishing American ideas and ideals, look at 'their America,' a place of manufactured racism and hatred, I do not think 'balkanization' is a good term to describe what awaits the U.S. unless these evil trends are thwarted.
What we’re seeing is a split, a chasm, like South Korea vs. North Korea or the former DDR vs. Western Germany. It’s a divide between freedom and oppression, between a society that still cherishes individual rights and one that embraces authoritarian control. Look at the cesspool that so-called 'Democrats' have made out of once-great cities like San Francisco and Chicago, not to mention Portland and, increasingly, New York. This isn’t just fragmentation; it’s an ideological civil war, with one side pushing for the destruction of everything that made America great, and the other fighting to preserve the remnants of a once proud and free nation.
The New Colossus verse…
"Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
… was never meant for single men that do not care about this country, its ideals and principles, to arrive and do the dirty deed of the worst psychopath ghouls like Kerry or Clinton in dismantling America. We have a clear choice in front of us: a totalitarian state with that proverbial boot on our necks forever, or freedom.
Without free speech, we have nothing—our identity will be stripped away.
Without free speech, we’d be mindless automatons, gobbling up only one 'truth,' their propaganda.
Without free speech, we wouldn’t hear about the atrocious, murderous incompetence of the Cabal in power.
Hey! They tried to assassinate former President Trump twice, after going after him with Stalinist lawfare 'trials,' but we’d only be served guilty-until-proven-innocent mantras from their regime media sycophant ventriloquists, if not for a few lights of free speech offering a different perspective.
Perhaps, no matter what the 'Democrat' Cabal and their brainwashed voters think, killing a president is not a good idea.
Perhaps, no matter what the 'Democrat' Cabal and their brainwashed voters think, lies are not truth.
Perhaps, no matter what the 'Democrat' Cabal and their brainwashed voters think, disagreement is not a Nazi invention but rather the American way of living.
A Note on Language in this Essay
(copied and slightly adjusted from my book)
I am 100% certain that the United States, and all its ideals, will perish if the First Amendment is killed or severely restricted. The process of mauling the First is obvious to anyone who’s not asleep and off the grid—this work also aims to show this truth—and we must protect it, even with our lives if necessary. What’s the point of living if you’re not free? So, when I could have written, to avoid offending the tender feelings of all those mollycoddling milksops that worship weakness and see victimhood as the only path to righteous, revolutionary living, 'in the careful scrutiny of their conduct, discernible manifestations hint at potential engagement in less than immaculate undertakings and the conceivable embellishment of veracity,' I instead wrote, 'deranged degenerate criminals looting the Treasury.' Wall Street and the financial banking industry, with the Federal Reserve Bank at its helm steering us toward the iceberg, I designate as 'The Financial Crime Cartel,' and the entire devious amalgam of people in power, I label 'The Cabal.'
I do this to celebrate the First Amendment, our right to speak freely, even when using crude, borderline inappropriate language.
In their brazen insanity, they deign to call us 'cis' if we’re straight but go flat-out insane if we call a bearded creature with a dangling willy a 'man' if he identifies as a woman. They call half the nation 'deplorables' and attack everyone who disagrees with their policies, labeling them 'racists,' 'transphobes,' and even 'Nazis,' so I am going to call them criminals, crooks, and fascist fraudsters when I have receipts to show. Your right, if you dislike my essay, and hate the language I use, is to tell me that I am and idiot and to go to Hell and be offended, and mine is to quote Stephen Fry and reply with, 'You’re offended? So fucking what?'
In the America I cherish, after such a charged exchange, we don’t go on poking each other’s eyes out, but rather might share a beer. As free people, agreeing to disagree.
^ Would we ever see this on a regime’s media if they get rid of the First Amendment? ^

Like coherent light, your language illuminates and sears the woke evils that are overtaking us. Your writing is superb. It's simultaneously engrossing to read, and sickening to acknowledge that what it describes is happening. We've got to hand it to our enemy, they are enormously clever; they're managing to clamp down on each and every little aspect of American life before we even realize it's happened. I would never have thought of disaster relief as their next method of disintegrating our society, but there it is.
As for free speech and information, our side hasn't done enough to analyze the ideology behind the tyrants' motivations. Sure, it's easy to pin it on the usual suspects, 'greed', 'power', 'money', etc etc. But to my way of thinking, that's a somewhat superficial approach. We have to dig deeper, in order to show up their arguments as illogical and/or immoral, and thus hold them up for personal ridicule.
Information is indivisible. It's a unitary concept. Any attempts to subdivide it into categories such as mis-, dis-, mal-, and hate- are false. They're stealth attempts to divide and conquer. If you think such categories are valid, you've accepted the deranged mindset of your enemy.
The key aspect is the following: Only you have the right to judge information. But the only way you can judge information is by using more information. That's the purpose of free speech, to allow everyone the ability to gather more information and judge it accordingly. Thus anyone who wants to control information is by definition your enemy who is trying to control you.
Walz, the perfect example of a braindead wokust minion, had a kneejerk fit and regurgitated the standard meme about 'fire in a theater'. Let's do some analysis to see how it was always wrong, even from the lips of some vaunted Supreme Court justice. First and foremost, it's a highly specialized situation, that is totally inappropriate for thinking about free speech as a whole. When someone shouts a warning in a theater, the urgency of the situation precludes each listeners' ability to spend time on collecting more information, in order to determine if the shouter is telling the truth. Thus it has nothing to do with our premise that information can be judged only with more information, which includes the vast number of normal situations where the time to collect, analyze, and judge information is both essential and assumed to be available.
Woke left tyrants treat information like a virus against which the unwashed masses must be protected by lockdowns (censorship), mask filters (narratives), and injections (propaganda). Instead, information is a body of water in which everyone has a personal responsibility to learn how to swim, so that they can effectively move towards the truth. Unfortunately, if the reader doesn't understand all this, then they deserve the tyranny they're already getting.
